Baseball Recap: Livingston Comes Up Short

Livingston lost against Hardin-Jefferson back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Lions took a 6-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hawks. The Lions' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it four in a row.

Livingston's loss dropped their record down to 7-16-2. As for Hardin-Jefferson, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-12-1 record this season.

While Livingston had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
