On Friday, Monroe got the W thanks in part to Kyle Vicks playing the best baseball he has all season. Vicks scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances, which was good enough to also set a new career-high in hits. That high mark didn't come from nowhere: he has now stolen at least one stolen base in the last five games he's played.
