Soccer Game Preview: Maine South vs. Cary-Grove

The Maine South Hawks will take on the Cary-Grove Trojans at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Maine South's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Maine South is looking to tack another W on to their season record, something they couldn't quite do against Plainfield Central on Saturday. The two teams finished up on equal footing with a 0-0 draw.

Meanwhile, Cary-Grove's game on Thursday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They won by a goal and slipped past Grayslake Central 2-1.

Cary-Grove's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-1-1. Maine South's draw makes their record 2-2-1 this season.
