Softball Game Preview: Western Christian Wolfpack vs. Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley NIGHTHAWKS

Western Christian is 1-7 against Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley since May of 2016 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The Wolfpack are taking a road trip to challenge the NIGHTHAWKS at 7:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Western Christian is headed into Thursday's matchup looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their ninth straight game dating back to last season on Tuesday. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 5-4 heartbreaker at the hands of River Valley.

Meanwhile, Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley came up short against Sioux Center on Tuesday and fell 13-10. The NIGHTHAWKS haven't had much luck with the Warriors recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Western Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 5-5.
