Basketball Recap: Lewiston-Altura Comes Up Short

Lewiston-Altura lost against Cotter/Hope Lutheran back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Lewiston-Altura Cardinals were beaten by Cotter/Hope Lutheran 76-29. While losing is never fun, the Cardinals can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota basketball rankings (they are ranked 279th, while Cotter/Hope Lutheran are ranked 102nd).

Lewiston-Altura has traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-10 record this season. As for Cotter/Hope Lutheran, their win bumped their record up to 6-3.

Lewiston-Altura didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 76-29 loss against Cotter on the 7th. Cotter/Hope Lutheran does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
