Soccer Recap: Hagerty Falls Short of Lake Mary in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Hagerty can now relate to. They came up short against the Lake Mary Rams on Tuesday, falling 6-0. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Huskies this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-1 back in November of 2024.

Hagerty has been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-7-1 record this season. As for Lake Mary, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 15-3-2 record this season.

Hagerty does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Lake Mary, they are taking a road trip to square off against Timber Creek at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Timber Creek is on a six-game streak of home wins, Lake Mary a five-game streak of away wins -- so someone will have to leave a streak behind on the pitch.
