Football Game Recap: Independence/Gilmanton vs. Augusta

Independence/Gilmanton were successful in their last outing against Augusta, and they didn't afford Augusta any payback this time around. Independence/Gilmanton enjoyed a cozy 31-12 victory over Augusta. The success made it back-to-back wins for Independence/Gilmanton.

The win bumped Independence/Gilmanton's record up to 3-4. The defeat dropped Augusta's record to 1-6.

Next week Independence/Gilmanton take on Blair-Taylor at 7:00 PM. These teams both seek to continue their momentum from their previous wins. Augusta will be staying on the road, facing off against Cashton. Both of those teams have had a rocky road up to this point with three consecutive losses for Augusta and seven for Cashton.
