Softball Recap: Acadiana Comes Up Short

Acadiana's tournament run continued when they took on Anacoco on Saturday. Acadiana fell just short of Anacoco by a score of 8-7.

Acadiana's loss dropped their record down to 11-7. As for Anacoco, they pushed their record up to 17-3 with the victory, which was their 22nd straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, Acadiana will venture away from home to face off against Westminster Christian Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Anacoco, they will welcome Fairview at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be Anacoco's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
