McDade fell victim to New Braunfels Christian Academy and their airtight defense on Friday. They were beaten by the New Braunfels Christian Academy Wildcats 58-0. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

New Braunfels Christian Academy was led to victory by Brady Joseph and Barrett Thornhill. Joseph threw for 171 yards and four touchdowns while completing 88.9% of his passes, while Thornhill gained 88 total yards and two touchdowns. The bulk of thosereceiving yards came from one huge play: a catch that gained an incredible 50 yards. A healthy portion of that aerial production (84 yards to be exact) went to Crew Wright, who also brought in a receiving touchdown.

McDade now has a losing record at 1-2. As for New Braunfels Christian Academy, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-0.
