Basketball Game Preview: Woodstown Wolverines vs. Glassboro Bulldogs

Woodstown is 2-8 against Glassboro since January of 2020 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Woodstown Wolverines will challenge the Glassboro Bulldogs at 5:30 p.m. Woodstown will be strutting in after a win while Glassboro will be coming in after a defeat.

Woodstown is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They strolled past New Egypt with points to spare on Saturday, taking the game 66-48. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wolverines.

Meanwhile, Glassboro ended up a good deal behind Bridgeton on Sunday and lost 62-47. Glassboro has struggled against Bridgeton recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

The victory got Woodstown back to even at 2-2. As for Glassboro, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4.

Woodstown took a serious blow against Glassboro when the teams last played back in February, falling 73-45. Can Woodstown avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
