Basketball Recap: Salem Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Salem can now relate to. They took a 61-54 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Franklin County Lions on Saturday.

Salem's loss dropped their record down to 13-17. As for Franklin County, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-14 record this season.

Salem does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Franklin County, they will square off against Butler at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Butler will roll in looking for their 12th straight win, something Franklin County surely won't give up without a fight.
