Soccer Recap: Cheltenham Comes Up Short

After flying high against Upper Moreland on Thursday, Cheltenham came back down to earth. The Panthers fell just short of the Neshaminy Skins by a score of 3-2 on Friday. Cheltenham were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced Neshaminy earlier this season, when they won 1-0.

Cheltenham dropped their record down to 5-12 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road. As for Neshaminy, they now have a winning record of 6-5-5.

Coming up, Cheltenham will head out to challenge New Hope-Solebury at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Neshaminy, they will be playing at home against Harry S. Truman at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
