Palatine came tearing into Thursday's matchup with eight straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Elk Grove Grenadiers. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in September.

Palatine easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-11.
