Basketball Recap: Titus Anyabwile and Caleb Mornan Secure Win for Immanuel Christian

There's no place like home for Immanuel Christian, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They came out on top against the Wakefield Country Day Owls by a score of 62-52 on Tuesday.

Leading Immanuel Christian to victory were Caleb Mornan and Titus Anyabwile. Mornan posted 17 points, while Anyabwile had 16 points. Those 16 points gave Anyabwile a new career-high. Another player making a difference was AJ Dunmyer, who put up seven points.

Wakefield Country Day's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jacob Didomenico, who scored 21 points. Didomenico has been hot recently, having posted 21 or more points the last three times he's played. Alfredo Martinez was another key player, putting up 16 points.

Immanuel Christian's victory bumped their record up to 3-11. As for Wakefield Country Day, they dropped their record down to 7-13 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

Immanuel Christian has already played their next game, a 70-34 defeat against Seton on the 20th. Wakefield Country Day does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
