Softball Recap: Lexington Minutemen vs. Salisbury Panthers
Lexington was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They lost 11-1 to the Salisbury Panthers.
Lexington saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Laniya Davis, who went 1-for-2 with a triple and an RBI.
Lexington's loss dropped their record down to 5-21. As for Salisbury, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 20-5.
As of now, neither Lexington nor Salisbury have any future games scheduled.
