Baseball Recap: West Cabarrus' Losing Streak Snapped at Four Games

West Cabarrus came into Thursday's matchup having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They came out on top against the Northwest Cabarrus Trojans by a score of 12-7 on Thursday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Wolverines also won the last time the pair played back in March of 2024.

Will Hollmeyer was a standout: he scored a run while going 3-for-4. What's more, he posted three hits, the most he's had since back in March of 2024. Another player making a difference was Caden Parks, who went 3-for-4 with three RBI.
