Volleyball Recap: Hickory Triumphs

Hickory saw some tournament action on Saturday. They came out on top against the Saint James Saints by a score of 2-0.

Delaney Gray paced Hickory's offense, picking up eight kills. Gray got some help from Gioia Coston and her ten assists. Natalie Tanksley controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

The win got Hickory back to even at 4-4. As for Saint James, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Hickory wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Landstown on the 13th. As for Saint James, they have also already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Ambassador Christian School on the 13th.
