Basketball Recap: Geneseo Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Geneseo lost against Macomb back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Maple Leafs fell 63-52 to the Bombers. The Maple Leafs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Despite the loss, Geneseo still got an impressive performance from Jack Kreiss, who went 10-for-16 on his way to 27 points. Dylan Haser was another key player, putting up two points and six rebounds.

Geneseo now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Macomb, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

Coming up, Geneseo will hit the road for the first time this season to square off against Sterling at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Macomb, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Illini West at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Bombers' defense better be ready for this one: the Chargers have averaged an impressive 57 points per game this season.
