Lynden Christian's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They put the hurt on Oak Harbor with a sharp 6-0 win. Give Lynden Christian's defense some credit: that's the team's third straight shutout.

They hit Oak Harbor with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Kayla Yun (2), Kaelyn Hinton (2), Estela Segel, and Nayla Speer.

Meanwhile, Sehome faced Anacortes in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. While the 3-3 score might suggest a draw, it was the Seahawks who were credited with the victory. The loss was Sehome's first of the season.

Lynden Christian has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-3-1 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up three goals over those seven matchups. Having lost for the first time this season, Sehome fell to 9-1.
