Basketball Recap: Telstar Comes Up Short

On Friday, the Telstar Rebels came up short against the Islesboro Central Eagles and fell 29-16.

Telstar has been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last ten contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-14 record this season. As for Islesboro Central, they now have a winning record of 7-6.

Telstar will face off against Carrabec at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Carrabec will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Telstar surely won't give up without a fight. As for Islesboro Central, they will be playing at home against Vinalhaven at 10:15 a.m. on Saturday.
