It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Stoneman Douglas had no problem doing just that on Friday. They walked away with a 5-0 win over the Alonso Ravens. Winning may never get old, but the Eagles sure are getting used to it with their 13th in a row.

The result came thanks to Gio Rojas's shutout, as he gave up just a hit and racked up 16 Ks. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than two walks in seven consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Stoneman Douglas saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Erick Torres, who went 2-for-3 with one run. That's the most hits Torres has posted since back in April.

Stoneman Douglas pushed their record up to 30-2 with the victory, which was their 16th straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.7 runs on average over those games. As for Alonso, their defeat dropped their record down to 21-13.

As of now, neither Stoneman Douglas nor the Ravens have any future games scheduled.
