Softball Recap: Riverside-Brookfield Takes a Loss

Riverside-Brookfield lost against Shepard back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Bulldogs came up short against the Astros, falling 10-4. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Riverside-Brookfield's loss dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Shepard, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 15-3.

Riverside-Brookfield wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 10-0 defeat against South Elgin on the 24th. As for Shepard, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Lemont on the 24th.
