Eastlake waltzed into their game on Wednesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They never let the Newport - Bellevue Knights get on the board and left with a 4-0 victory. This was a revenge game for the Wolves: when they faced off against the Knights on April 2nd, they had to take a 3-2 defeat.

Rodrigo Montano looked comfortable as he pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit.

At the plate, Larson Kohlman was excellent, going 2-for-4 with one stolen base and two RBI. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in March.

Eastlake's win bumped their record up to 14-5. As for Newport - Bellevue, their loss was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-16.

Eastlake didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against North Creek on the 25th. As for Newport - Bellevue, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 4-1 loss against Hazen on the 26th.
