Volleyball Recap: Krum Falls Despite Big Games from Addison Labrum and Angelina Saied

Krum was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They came up short against the Holliday Eagles, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Bobcats have suffered since August 19th.

Krum was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-22, 25-21.

Krum's loss came despite strong showings from Angelina Saied and Addison Labrum. Saied had 16 digs and three assists, while Labrum had 32 assists.

Krum now has a losing record of 8-9. As for Holliday, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 7-5.

Coming up, Krum will take on Sanger at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday. As for Holliday, they will venture away from home to take on Legacy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
