While Peoples Academy didn't have the best season last year (they finished 1-19), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They simply couldn't be stopped on Saturday as they easily beat the Stowe Raiders 51-20. The Wolves have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matchups by 23 points or more this season.

The victory (which was Peoples Academy's third in a row) raised their record to 9-2. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 27.7 points per game. As for Stowe, they are on a 24-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.

Peoples Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 49-43 win against Randolph on the 18th. As for Stowe, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 48-19 defeat against Bellows Free Academy on the 18th.
