Recap: Gonzaga Eagles vs. Bishop McNamara Mustangs
The Gonzaga Eagles are ranked highly in their home state, and on Saturday they took on another highly ranked team in the form of the Bishop McNamara Mustangs. Gonzaga walked away with a 17-8 victory over Bishop McNamara. That's another feather in the cap for Gonzaga, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Aidan Conrath threw for 69 yards on ten of 18 attempts. Lincoln Fisher was his top target, picking up 37 receiving yards. On the ground, Cody Hobson rushed for 74 yards and a touchdown.
Gonzaga's win bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Bishop McNamara, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-3.
