Baseball Recap: Bella Vista Comes Up Short

Bella Vista fell victim to Del Oro and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They took a 3-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Golden Eagles. The Broncos have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Bella Vista got a good showing from Alec Murray, who tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. That's the first time Murray hasn't allowed a single hit since back in March.

Bella Vista's loss dropped their record down to 10-17. As for Del Oro, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-9 record this season.

As of now, neither Bella Vista nor Del Oro have any future games scheduled.
