Softball Recap: Science Leadership Academy Victorious

Science Leadership Academy took a nine-run defeat the last time they faced off against Neumann-Goretti, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. Science Leadership Academy had just enough and edged out Neumann-Goretti 13-11. This was payback for Science Leadership Academy, who suffered a 19-10 loss the last time these two teams met.

Ella Kieselowsky and Marisa Phan did most of the damage at the plate: Kieselowsky scored a run while going 3-for-3, while Phan scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3. Another player making a difference was Grace Greer, who scored three runs and stole a base while going 1-for-4.
