Basketball Recap: West Deptford Comes Up Short

West Deptford was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They were outmatched by the Haddon Township Hawks and fell 67-36. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New Jersey basketball rankings (they are ranked 381st, while the Hawks are ranked 183rd).

West Deptford's defeat dropped their record down to 3-12. As for Haddon Township, they have been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 13-7 record this season.

West Deptford will face off against Paulsboro at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Haddon Township, they are taking a road trip to challenge Lindenwold at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
