Oil City is 0-10 against Jamestown since March of 2021 but things could change on Friday. The Oilers will challenge the Muskies at 4:00 p.m. Oil City has given up an average of 14.6 runs per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Jamestown was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .407. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Sharpsville only posted a batting average of .250.

Jamestown is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.2 runs on average over those games. As for Oil City, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-13.
