Football Game Preview: Mooseheart vs. River Valley [Midland/Henry-Senachwine/Lowpoint-Washburn]

On Friday River Valley [Midland/Henry-Senachwine/Lowpoint-Washburn] will take on Mooseheart at 7:00 PM. Both of these teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.

River Valley [Midland/Henry-Senachwine/Lowpoint-Washburn] took a serious blow against Hiawatha last Friday, falling 0-46. The state rankings had actually given River Valley [Midland/Henry-Senachwine/Lowpoint-Washburn] a slight edge heading into the game, making this hurt that much more.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 42 points the game before, Mooseheart faltered in their game last Friday. They were completely outmatched, falling 0-46 to Walther Christian Academy. Mooseheart were down by 0-40 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

With the two teams each stumbling in off of a defeat, both will be hungry for the win. Hopefully the teams can find a way to make up for their last outings by putting some points on the board this time.
