Southern Nash and Beddingfield are an even 4-4 against one another since December of 2015, but not for long. The Firebirds are taking a road trip to challenge the Bruins at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

Southern Nash is leaving town to face Beddingfield after disappointing their home crowd in their season opener. The Firebirds lost to Nash Central at home by a 70-52 margin on Tuesday. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it five in a row.

Jaden Hartsfield put forth a good effort for the losing side as he went 7-for-14 en route to 15 points and seven boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Zavion Cooke, who posted three points and nine rebounds.

Meanwhile, Beddingfield fought the good fight in their overtime matchup against Princeton on Tuesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of 60-57.

Southern Nash didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Beddingfield when the teams last played back in December of 2024, but they still walked away with a 53-48 victory.
