St. Joseph Catholic came tearing into Friday's contest with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 24.3 points) and they left with even more momentum. They took their match with ease, bagging a 70-28 victory over the Taylorsville Tartars. The Bruins have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine games by 31 points or more this season.

St. Joseph Catholic's win bumped their record up to 14-1. As for Taylorsville, their loss dropped their record down to 2-5.
