Baseball Game Preview: Raines Vikings vs. ED White Commanders

The Raines Vikings are taking a road trip to take on the ED White Commanders at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Raines has given up an average of 9.2 runs per game this season, but Thursday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Raines came up short against Miami on Tuesday, falling 22-3.

Raines saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jayshawn Wonton, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

Meanwhile, ED White lost 10-2 to Orange Park on Tuesday. The loss continues a trend for the Commanders in their meetings with the Raiders: they've now lost seven in a row.

ED White's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Raines, their loss dropped their record down to 3-3.

Raines took their win against ED White when the teams last played back in February of 2024 by a conclusive 20-9. Will Raines repeat their success, or does ED White has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
