Volleyball Recap: Miamisburg Comes Up Short

Miamisburg came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to the Northmont Thunderbolts. The Vikings have struggled against the Thunderbolts recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Despite the loss, Miamisburg still got an impressive performance from Reagan Toole, who had 20 assists and nine digs.

Miamisburg's loss dropped their record down to 2-17. As for Northmont, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-9 record this season.

Miamisburg has already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Fairmont on the 9th. As for Northmont, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-1 victory against Wayne on the 9th.
