Football Recap: McCann Tech Comes Up Short

McCann Tech fell victim to Franklin County Tech and their airtight defense on Friday. They were outmatched by the Eagles and fell 48-0. The Hornets have struggled against the Eagles recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Franklin County Tech's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Maxon Brunette, who rushed for 145 yards and two scores on only 12 carries. Brunette's longest rush was for an incredible 80 yards. Nathan Sabolevski was in the mix too, providing Franklin County Tech with two touchdowns.

McCann Tech's loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Coming up, McCann Tech will head out to challenge Mahar Regional at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Franklin County Tech, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Frontier Regional at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
