It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Minooka had no problem doing just that on Wednesday. They were the clear victors by a 6-1 margin over the Moline Maroons. The result was nothing new for Minooka, who have now won seven matchups by three goals or more so far this season.

Minooka is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-6-2 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 21 goals over those five contests. As for Moline, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-15.

As of now, neither Minooka nor the Maroons have any future games scheduled.
