Basketball Recap: Waurika Takes a Loss

Waurika was the 48-35 winner over Sentinel when they last played one another back in February of 2016, but their luck changed this time around. The Waurika Eagles took a 45-32 hit to the loss column at the hands of Sentinel on Saturday. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Waurika now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Sentinel, their victory bumped their record up to 4-5.

Waurika will head out on the road to challenge Velma-Alma at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Sentinel, they will be home for the holidays to greet Burns Flat-Dill City at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
