Basketball Game Preview: Negaunee vs. Westwood

The Westwood Patriots have enjoyed the comforts of home their last two games, but now they must head out on the road. They will square off against the Negaunee Miners on Wednesday. After both teams made easy work of their previous opponents, one of them is set up to suffer a discouraging change of fortune.

Everything went the Patriots' way against Manistique last week as they made off with a 57-31 win.

Meanwhile, Negaunee took their game against Gwinn last Friday by a conclusive 71-48 score. The margin was wide but not a surprise since the spread was 10 points in the Miners' favor.

Their wins bumped the Patriots to 8-5 and Negaunee to 12-1. We'll see which team can carry over their success and which team inevitably falls when Westwood and Negaunee clash.
