Game recap: Ashbrook High School Football Team takes down Erwin

ASHEVILLE, N.C. - Ashbrook (Gastonia, N.C.) took the final lead of the game on Saturday as Matt Cloyd kicked a field goal with under a minute left, bringing the team to victory over Erwin (Asheville, N.C.) 38-35.

The teams went into the locker room at halftime deadlocked at 14. The Green Wave took the lead indefinitely on a field goal by Cloyd in the fifth quarter.
