In what's become a running theme this season, Mankato East gave their fans yet another huge win on Thursday. They never let the John Marshall Rockets onto the board and left with a 10-0 victory. Winning may never get old, but Mankato East sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.
Hailey Petzel made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and only two hits while striking out nine over five innings pitched. Petzel was also big at the plate, going 2-for-2 with a triple, two RBI, and a double.
