Volleyball Recap: Lehman Catholic Comes Up Short

Lehman Catholic was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Versailles Tigers.

Lehman Catholic was the model of consistency in the loss, scoring 15 points in every single set they played. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-15.

Bailey Cotterman paced Lehman Catholic's offense, picking up five kills. Cotterman got some help from Madison Rank and her 11 assists.

Lehman Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Versailles, their win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-5.

Lehman Catholic wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Shawnee on the 27th. As for Versailles, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against New Bremen on the 27th.
