Basketball Recap: Qwaden Wallace's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Hudson over Clinton

After flying high against Britton Deerfield last Saturday, Hudson came back down to earth. The Hudson Tigers took a 69-60 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Clinton Redwolves on Friday. The Tigers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Redwolves earlier this season, when they won 82-75.

Hudson lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Qwaden Wallace, who posted 18 points along with six assists and five boards. He is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last four games he's played. Another player making a difference was Jackson Jones, who had 17 points.

Hudson's defeat dropped their record down to 9-8. As for Clinton, their record is now 6-12.

Hudson has already played their next contest, a 50-37 loss against Onsted on the 11th. Clinton has also already played their next game (against Madison), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
