Baseball Preview: Pendleton County Wildcat vs. Bath County Chargers
Pendleton County is on a four-game streak of home losses, and Bath County a three-game streak of away losses. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Wednesday. The Pendleton County Wildcat will be playing at home against the Bath County Chargers at 6:30 p.m. Neither of those teams managed to put together many runs in their previous contests, so the offenses might be a little more motivated than usual.
Tuesday just wasn't the day for Pendleton County's offense. They fell 5-0 to Tygarts Valley on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, Bath County came into Tuesday's game having lost three straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Parry McCluer on Tuesday, sneaking past 2-1.
