Mackenzie Mingus put up the most strikeouts she's had since back in April on Saturday. As a matter of fact, she turned in her biggest game of the season, striking out nine batters over 5.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in four consecutive appearances.
