There's no place like home for Lockport, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Andrew Thunderbolts on Tuesday. That's more bragging rights for the Porters, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Lockport took both sets by at least 13 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-11.

Bridget Ferriter paced Lockport's offense, picking up seven kills. Ferriter got some help from Natalie Bochantin and her eight assists. Sara Mcgraw controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Lockport is on a roll lately: they've won 13 of their last 15 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 27-5 record this season. As for Andrew, their loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 15-18.

Coming up, Lockport will square off against Downers Grove South at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Andrew, they will be playing at home against Chicago University at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
