Basketball Recap: Valley Christian Skates Past Stockbridge with Ease

Valley Christian won the last time they faced Stockbridge and things went their way on Monday too. The Valley Christian Warriors claimed a resounding 73-45 victory over Stockbridge. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Warriors have posted against Stockbridge since December 27, 2016.

Valley Christian's victory ended an eight-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-10. As for Stockbridge, they are on a 15-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-14.

Valley Christian will face off against Wayland Academy at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. Valley Christian is facing Wayland Academy at the right time seeing as Wayland Academy is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Stockbridge, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Gresham Community at 7:00 p.m.
