Softball Recap: Sparkman Comes Up Short

Sparkman lost against West Limestone back in February of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Sparkman Senators fell 4-1 to the West Limestone Wildcats.

Sparkman saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Raychel Harmon, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

Sparkman's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for West Limestone, they pushed their record up to 3-0 with the win, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Sparkman will face off against Brewer at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for West Limestone, they are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game this season. they will take on Bob Jones at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
