Potlatch has gone 8-2 against Troy recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Potlatch Loggers will square off against the Troy Trojans at 7:30 p.m. Potlatch has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 178 points over their last three contests.

Potlatch came up short against Lakeside on Tuesday, falling 80-57.

Meanwhile, Troy was beaten by Kamiah 70-30 on Friday. While losing is never fun, the Trojans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Idaho basketball rankings (they are ranked 101st, while the Kubs are ranked fifth).

Potlatch's defeat dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Troy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-5.

Everything went Potlatch's way against Troy in their previous meeting back in December of 2024, as Potlatch made off with a 61-41 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Potlatch since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
