Israel Lockridge continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, going 8 of 11 en route to 19 points along with seven rebounds and six assists. Lockridge is also crushing it when it comes to steals: he's grabbed at least five every time he's taken the court this season. Jeremiah Greene was another key player, going 6 for 8 on his way to 14 points and four steals.
Konos Academy hasn't had quite the year their fans were hoping for to this point, but back-to-back wins may be a sign of good things to come. They blew past Central Christian 64-32 on Tuesday. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 43-14.
Trinity Christian School of Griffin better keep an eye on Joshua Knapp. He was instrumental in Konos Academy's win, going 9 of 17 on his way to 19 points and seven rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Caleb Knapp, who posted ten points and three steals.
Konos Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with ten offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive rebounds in three consecutive games.
